Yes, your affiliate panel has a variety of reports enabling you to track all click-throughs and commissions. You can also add additional tracking to the affiliate urls and set up direct link tracking.
Channels allow you to track your promotions and see which ones are the most successful. To use it, simply create a new channel for every link/banner placement you want. For example, you can create channel for your home page, for second page, for AdWords advertisement.
When you have created a channel you can add the channel code to your link like this where "code1" is the name of your channel:

Direct link tracking allows you to link directly to The Book Depository without any addition of affiliate IDs to the url. You can add direct links on the affiliate panel.
You don't need to enter each and every URL address of your pages, you can use star convention.
